Introduction：

The course including the basic knowledge of physical, chemical, biochemical and biological properties of traditional Chinese medicine. The characteristics of products used as food as medicine would be the key teaching point, such as Panax gingseng, Codonopsis pilosula and wolfberry. The practice studies are focused on the identification of Chinese herbs.
