Introduction:
This course mainly instructs nutrition research the latest progress about the world's major freshwater fish, common carp and grass carp. The course content mainly includes the effects of nutrients on the carp and grass carp digestion and absorption ability, immunity and disease resistance, the body's antioxidant ability, intestinal and gills barrier function, and meat quality and its molecular mechanism. The course will be taught by the combination method of classroom teaching and field investigation approach.
