Edible fungi production technology

Introduction：

On the basis of agricultural microbiology, the students will be arranged to study the physiology, pest control, cultivation and process technology of cultivable edible fungi. Various teaching methods such as classroom learning, seminar, teaching practice and site investigation will be used during the learning time. Finally, students will be arranged to have internships in the edible fungi production farms or factories nearby.

食用菌生产技术

简介：

学员在学习农业微生物学的基础上，主要学习食用菌生理及栽培技术、食用菌病虫害防治、食用菌加工技术等课程。采取课堂教学、专题讲座、教学实践和现场考察相结合的方式进行培训，将安排学员到附近食用菌生产农场或工厂参观实习。
