1. 申请人工作资历证明：提供电子版其中文翻译件（如为外文），并准备原件以备入境后核验（由申请人原工作过的单位出具从事与现聘用岗位工作相关的工作经历证明，包括职位、工作时间或曾经做过的项目，需申请人原工作单位加盖公章或负责人签字，并留有证明联系人有效联系电话或电子邮件）；

Work experience certificate of applicant: provide electronic version and it’s Chinese translation version (if the original is in a foreign language), and prepare the original document for verification after entry into China (The certificate of work experience related to the current employment position issued by the institution where the applicant used to work, including the position, working hours or projects that have been done, the official seal of the applicant's original work unit or the signature of the person in charge are required, and the effective telephone or email of contact person shall be on the certificate);

2. 最高学位（学历）证书：提供电子版其中文翻译件（如为外文），并准备原件以备入境后核验（最高学位（学历）证书在国外获得的，应经我驻外使、领馆或由申请人获得学位（学历）所在国驻华使、领馆或我国学历认证机构认证；最高学位（学历）证书在港澳特别行政区和台湾地区获得的，应经我国学历认证机构认证或经所在地区公证机构公证；被我校聘用为副教授、副研究员及以上的，证书可采用承诺制，上述认证可不提供）；

Certificate of the highest degree: provide electronic version and it’s Chinese translation version (if the original is in a foreign language), and prepare the original document for verification after entry into China (If the certificate is obtained overseas, it shall be authenticated by a Chinese embassy or consulate abroad, or by the embassy or consulate of the country where the applicant obtained the certificate in China, or by a Chinese educational background authentication institution; If the certificate is obtained in the Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan, it shall be authenticated by a Chinese educational background authentication institution or notarized by a notary public in the respective region; For those employed by our university as associate professors, associate researchers or above, the certificate can be subject to the commitment system, and the aforementioned authentication documents may be exempted from submission);

3. 无犯罪记录证明：提供电子版其中文翻译件（如为外文），并准备原件以备入境后核验（应当由申请人国籍国或经常居住地警察、安全、法院等部门出具并经我驻外使、领馆认证或外国驻华使、领馆认证；在港澳特别行政区和台湾地区出具的无犯罪记录证明，应经所在地区公证机关公证；被我校聘用为副教授、副研究员及以上、以及博士后研究员的，此项采用承诺制，承诺书模板见附件）；

Certificate of no criminal record: provide electronic version and it’s Chinese translation version (if the original is in a foreign language), and prepare the original document for verification after entry into China (It shall be issued by the police, security, court and other departments of the applicant's country of nationality or place of habitual residence as well as certified by Chinese embassy or consulate abroad or by foreign embassy or consulate in China; If the certificate is issued in the Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan, it shall be notarized by a notary public in the respective region; For those employed by our university as associate professors, associate researchers or above, and postdoctoral researchers, this item adopts the commitment system. The template of the commitment letter is attached);

4. 体检证明：提供电子版其中文翻译件（如为外文），并准备原件以备入境后核验（应当为中国检验检疫机构出具的境外人员体格检查记录验证证明或健康检查证明书，或经中国检验检疫机构认可的境外卫生医疗机构出具的体检证明，签发时间均在6个月内；此项可入境前提交健康承诺书，入境后应补充提交中国境内检验检疫机构出具的境外人员体格检查记录验证证明或健康检查证明书，承诺书模板见附件）；

Physical examination report: provide electronic version and it’s Chinese translation version (if the original is in a foreign language), and prepare the original document for verification after entry into China (It shall be either the "Verification Certificate of Physical Examination Records for Foreign Nationals" or "Health Examination Certificate" issued by Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of China, or a medical examination certificate issued by an overseas health and medical institution recognized by Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of China, with the issuance date all within 6 months. For this item, a health commitment letter may be submitted before entering China; after entry, the applicant shall supplement and submit the “physical examination report” issued by a domestic Chinese inspection and quarantine institution. The template of the commitment letter is shown in the attachment);

5. 聘用合同：提供电子版，并准备原件以备入境后核验（应为中英双语且由申请人签名并加盖学校公章；合同内容应当包括工作地点、工作内容、薪酬、来华工作时间、职位、保险信息、盖章页（签字））；

Employment contract: provide electronic version, and prepare the original document for verification after entry into China (It shall be in both Chinese and English, signed by the applicant, and affixed with the university's official seal. The content of the contract shall include the workplace, job content, remuneration, duration of work in China, position, insurance information, and the seal (signature) page);

6. 有效护照：提供电子版，并准备原件以备入境后核验；

Valid passport: provide electronic version, and prepare the original document for verification after entry into China;

7. 近期正面免冠证件照：提供电子版，并准备原件以备入境后提交（照片应为6个月内拍摄白色背景，无边框，面部特征完整，图像清晰，无斑点、瑕疵、印墨缺陷。JPG 格式，大小 40K-120k 字节之间，不低于 354（宽）*472（高）像素，不大于 420（宽）*560（高）像素、24 真色彩；不建议戴帽子或头巾等饰物，如因宗教原因不得不戴，应确保其不遮挡申请人整个面部）；

Recent frontal bare-headed ID photo: provide electronic version, and prepare the original document for submission after entry into China (It shall be taken within the last 6 months against a white background, without borders, with complete facial features, clear image quality, and free from spots, blemishes, or ink defects. It shall be in JPG format, with a file size between 40KB and 120KB, and dimensions no smaller than 354 (width) * 472 (height) pixels and no larger than 420 (width) * 560 (height) pixels, in 24-bit true color. Wearing hats, headscarves, or other accessories is not recommended. If such items must be worn for religious reasons, please ensure do not obscure any part of the applicant's face);

8. 随行家属相关证明材料：提供电子版其中文翻译件（如为外文，除护照信息页），并准备原件以备入境后核验（包括护照信息页、家属关系证明（配偶—结婚证书，子女-子女出生证明或收养证明，父母或配偶父母—申请人出生证明或结婚证书或公证证明）、18岁以上家属需提供体检证明、证件照）。

Supporting document for accompanying family member: provide electronic version and it’s Chinese translation version (if the original is in a foreign language, except for the bio page of passport), and prepare the original document for verification after entry into China (It includes the passport bio page, proof of family relationship (marriage certificate for a spouse; birth certificate or adoption certificate for a child; birth certificate, marriage certificate, or notarized certificate of the applicant for parents or parents-in-law), medical examination certificate (required for family members aged 18 and above), and ID photo).
