Introduction:
From farm to fork, every step is crucial for food safety. Food safety is more than just inspect and control the food itself, but trace the food supply chain, to see what is behind the food, the retailer, the transportation, the storage, the breed. This course bases on the fundamental inspection and control regulations of China for food, would go even further to have some practical study in some of the food processing procedures, to control the food safety more comprehensively.
