五、大赛报名Registration
（一）参赛对象Participants
来川渝创新创业的留学回国人员、在川渝两地高校就读的外国留学生。
Returned Chinese who come to Sichuan and Chongqing for innovation and entrepreneurship, and foreign students studying in universities in Sichuan and Chongqing.
（二）报名方式RegistrationMethod
1.参赛者以个人或团队的方式报名参赛。以团队形式参赛的，团队人数不超过5人。
Participantscansign up for the competition either individually or as a team. For those who participate in the competition as a team, the number of team members shall not exceed 5.
2.10月15日前，在川渝两地高校就读的外国留学生，由所在高校选送参赛项目，以团队形式参赛的可有1名中国学生。
Before October 15, foreign students studying in colleges and universities in Sichuan and Chongqing will be selected and sent by their universities to participate in the competition, and one Chinese student may participate in the competition as a team.
（三）参赛项目ParticipatingProjects
每一参赛者（个人或团队）只能申报一个参赛项目。参赛项目以现代农业、电子信息、装备制造、食品饮料、先进材料、能源化工、数字经济和现代服务业（商业贸易、现代物流、金融服务、文体旅游、科技信息服务、商务会展服务、人力资源服务、川派餐饮服务、医疗康养服务、家庭社区服务等）为主。
Each participant (individual or team) can onlyregister forone project.
Participating projects include modern agriculture, electronic information, equipment manufacturing, food and beverage, advanced materials, energy and chemical engineering, digital economy and modern service industries (commercial trade, modern logistics, financial services, cultural and sports tourism, scientific and technological information services, business exhibition services, human resourcesservices, Sichuan catering services, medical and health care services, family and community services, etc.).
六、赛事流程CompetitionProcess
（一）初赛Preliminary
11月10日前，川渝两地自行举办初赛，各遴选10个项目进入决赛。
Before November 10th, Sichuan and Chongqing will hold their own preliminary contests, and each will select 10 projects to enter the finals.
（二）赛前培训Pre-competitionTraining
11月19日前，川渝两地自行组织赛前培训。
Before November 19, Sichuan and Chongqing will organize pre-competition training on their own.
（三）决赛Final
决赛以项目路演（8分钟）、评委提问和参赛者答辩方式进行（提问和答辩总时长控制在5分钟以内）。
The final will be conducted in the form of project roadshow (8 minutes), judges' questions and participants' responses (the total time for questions and responses is controlled within 5 minutes).
（四）颁奖仪式Award Ceremony
决赛结束后，举行颁奖仪式。
After the finals, an award ceremony will be held.
七、奖项设置Awards
大赛设一等奖2个、二等奖4个、三等奖6个、优秀项目奖8个，优秀组织奖10个，对获得三等奖及以上项目的导师颁发优秀创业指导师奖。
The competition has 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 6 third prizes, 8 excellent project prizes, and 10 excellent organization prizes. Instructorswho have won the third prize or above will be awarded the Outstanding Entrepreneurship Instructor Award.
八、其他事项OtherMatters
（一）本次大赛官方语言为中文，确有难度的可以使用英文。
The official language of this competition is Chinese. If it is really difficult, English can be used.
（二）参赛项目可以是参赛者参与或经授权的发明创造或专利技术，也可以是一项可能研发实现的概念产品或服务。参赛团队核心成员必须对其参赛项目拥有合法的知识产权或使用权（授权）。大赛对参赛项目知识产权或使用权（授权）的审查贯穿活动全过程，在比赛的任一环节查实参赛项目知识产权不明晰或者弄虚作假，取消其比赛资格，已经获奖的，取消其获奖资格并收回奖杯和获奖证书。
The project can be an invention-creation or patented technology that the participant has participated in or authorized, or it can be a conceptual product or service that may be developed and realized.
The core members of the team must have legal intellectual property rights or use rights (authorization) over their projects.
The examination of the intellectual property rights or use rights (authorization) of the participating projects runs through the whole process of the event. At any stage of the competition, if it is verified that the intellectual property rights of the participating projects are unclear or falsified,the competition qualification shall be disqualified and those who have won the prize shall be disqualified and the trophy and award certificate shall be withdrawn.
（三）本次大赛不收取任何费用，举办大赛所需经费由主办方承担，参赛相关单位领队、工作人员和参赛选手参赛的交通食宿等费用自理。
This competition does not charge any fees. The organizer shall bear the expenses required for the holding of the competition. The team leaders, staff and contestants of the participating units shall pay for their own transportation, accommodation and other expenses.
